On March 25 the Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Artak Davtyan and the member of the Committee Karine Atshemyan and the deputy Mnatsakan Mnatsakanyan met with the teachers and pupils of N1 and N2 secondary schools of Aragatsavan village of Aragatsotn Marz, who visited the parliament within the framework of the NA Open Doors programme.

The Committee Chairman Artak Davtyan presented the structure of the National Assembly, the functions and authorities reserved by the RA Constitutions, the role and the importance of the legislative body in the political and economic life of the country.

The Committee Chairman presented the functions and authorities of the Committee led by him and the frameworks of the activity.

The pupils addressed questions concerning the educational system, television and network, social, economic situation of the country.

At the end of the visit the pupils and the teachers were taken photo with the deputies in the Session Hall of the National Assembly.
